The University of Žilina is delighted to announce the approval of a new Sino-foreign cooperative education programme with Shijiazhuang Vocational College of Economics in Hebei, China. This pioneering partnership represents the very first joint education programme of its kind between a Slovak and a Chinese higher education institution, and we are proud to be at the forefront of this historic collaboration. The programme is scheduled to welcome its first cohort of students in September 2026.
The successful launch of this initiative has been made possible through the dedicated efforts of China Europe International Education Exchange Limited, which served as a vital bridge between our two institutions and played a substantial role throughout the application and approval process. We consider both our partner university and China Europe International Education Exchange Limited as highly valued, long-term partners.
We look forward with great enthusiasm to the mutual academic and cultural enrichment this programme will bring, and to welcoming our first students this autumn.
